The Berkshire hog is a heritage breed that has been in America since the early 19th century. Berks are exceptionally hearty animals well-suited for the natural open-air operation we wanted to develop. Berkshire meat is well-known for it’s quality, both here in America and abroad. And, what can we say, they are really cool animals we enjoy sharing our space with very much.
